The ideal candidate has extensive experience in sales enablement within technical environments, demonstrating success in building programs from the ground up. This position offers a remote-first flexible approach with a competitive compensation range of $160,000 - $195,000.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales enablement or training at a technical B2B company.
• Demonstrated experience building an enablement program from scratch.
• Direct coaching experience with Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the AE onboarding program.
• Create and maintain pitch deck and talk track library.
• Coach reps directly during live calls and workshops.
