Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a senior product leader to guide AI-enabled product development across a global software portfolio. You will lead with senior executives, embedding in cross-functional teams to drive customer value, business outcomes and faster innovation.

You will define and scale the Agentic PDLC, coach leaders, and shape enterprise product governance, metrics and practices, influencing multiple teams beyond a single product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software or SaaS.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio.
• Track record of leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to meaningful outcomes.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products or transforming development workflows through AI.
• Ability to enter unfamiliar contexts, diagnose root causes, build trust and translate insight into action.
• Proven influence on product direction, operating models or organizational effectiveness beyond a single team.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact opportunities with senior product, engineering and business leaders.
• Define, pilot and scale Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio governance and metrics.
• Establish success measures and guide enterprise rollout.
