Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience required.
• Preferred areas of study: Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Related fields
• MBA Or Advanced Degree Preferred But Not Required.
• 5+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and customer-centric solutions.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer feedback, product usage data, competitive intelligence, market research, and business objectives into clear problem statements and product opportunities.
• Define product vision, objectives, key results (OKRs), success metrics, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Develop high-quality product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation traceable to desired outcomes.
• Evaluate opportunities using customer value, business impact, strategic alignment, and effort-based prioritization frameworks.
• Define and maintain a customer-centered product roadmap aligned to business goals and market needs.
• Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, customer segments, and high-value use cases.
