You will lead senior teams, partner with the executive team, and steer digital transformation, growth initiatives, and potential M&A. A proven healthcare tech background is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a matrixed corporate product management environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in pharmacy, health technology, life sciences, or clinical research platforms.
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale digital platforms or SaaS products.
• Experience leading AI/ML-enabled products, including generative AI applications.
• Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholder partnership.
• Track record of leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of modern product management practices: Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the pharmacy health technology portfolio.
• Lead senior product leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and operationalize responsible AI strategies including generative AI and NLP.
• Drive platform transformation with scalable, user-centered product delivery and KPI monitoring.
• Guide market and customer insights, competitive analyses, and external thought leadership.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, content, technology, and partnerships for GTM.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across products.
• Own product-level P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation.
