Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a senior Product Leader to drive AI-enabled product development and strategic transformation across its enterprise portfolio. You will partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to elevate product strategy, discovery and delivery with measurable business outcomes.

This remote-friendly role involves embedding with business units, coaching leaders, and scaling repeatable practices across the organization while traveling approximately 35% to work

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, engineering and design leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and broader AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics.
• Turn effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures, demonstrate impact and use evidence to guide broader rollout.
