Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks an Associate Director to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the organization. You will work with functional leaders and stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities, diagnose bottlenecks, and establish baselines and KPIs to measure impact.

This hands-on role blends strategy consulting rigor with data-driven analytics, requiring you to build driver-based models, challenge assumptions, and present executive-ready recommendations to drive measurable business

Qualifications

• Structured problem-solving skills to turn ambiguous questions into hypotheses and analyses.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with driver-based models.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and translate analyses into actions.
• Experience in AI transformation or related fields is helpful, not required.
• Familiarity with BI tools and SQL or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities and diagnose bottlenecks and costs.
• Define KPIs, baselines, data owners, and credible measurement approaches.
• Quantify value with driver-based models covering revenue, productivity, and cost.
• Develop rigorous business cases and challenge sponsors with evidence.
• Lead analytical workstreams from problem definition to recommendations.
