Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio, from discovery through delivery and measurement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to meaningful customer and business outcomes.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products, transforming product development workflows through AI.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Transformation, you will help lead that evolution from the Corporate Strategy Office. Working in a small enterprise team, you will partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to strengthen the Product System and improve customer value, business outcomes and speed of innovation. A key focus will be advancing the Agentic Product Development Lifecycle (Agentic PDLC), using AI across product development. You will combine deep product expertise with a hands-on transformation mindset to implement and scale change.**How You Will Work**This is a senior individual-contributor role, leading through expertise, coaching, facilitation and influence.
