• Own post-release product backlog for agentic AI solutions and continuously evaluate performance.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain an actionable backlog balancing defects, AI performance, and new features.
• Coordinate with AI Enablement, AI Trainers, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure backlog items are well understood.
• Collaborate with AI Trainers to incorporate feedback into backlog prioritization and ensure improvements are driven by user data.
• Own decisions on what gets fixed, enhanced, or deferred for live AI products and ensure alignment with business value.
• Support a scalable operating model for managing multiple live AI products and transition to steady-state support.
