Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. seeks an senior product leader to shape AI-native product development across a global software portfolio. You will partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to turn insights into practical change and scale the Agentic PDLC.

This is a senior individual contributor role, remote with travel (~35%). You will embed with business-unit teams on lighthouse initiatives, drive governance and metrics, and coach leaders to deliver customer value at enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio, from discovery through delivery and measurement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to meaningful customer and business outcomes.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products, transforming product development workflows through AI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and broader AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics.
• Turn effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption.
