Job summary

EarnIn seeks a Senior Operations and Strategy Manager in Mountain View. You will shape business strategy from customer insights to go-to-market, product, and operations, with AI-native workflows embedded into the business.

The base salary range is $153,000-$187,000, and the role is hybrid, requiring in-office work two days a week. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps for B2B initiatives, and incubate experiments into scalable playbooks that drive growth and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years in Strategy and Operations, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, and/or Partnerships.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or agentic workflows to automate or improve business operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and aligning with executives.

Responsibilities

• Define vision with GMs and scale opportunities across product, sales, operations, business development, finance, and other teams.
• Develop the roadmap and proof points for B2B initiatives with a cross-functional team.
• Experiment quickly to drive go-to-market and customer adoption; translate learnings into scalable playbooks.
• Identify where manual work in GTM, adoption, and account operations can be replaced with agentic workflows; partner with engineering.
• Take AI pilots from experiment to production by turning results into playbooks and templates.
• Scale pilots so the next team can run them without starting over.
• Collaborate with BD, sales, and account management on pitches and sales content.
• Create innovative solutions driving growth and operational excellence; test and roll out products.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics; make results visible and trustworthy.
• Provide updates to senior leadership and build consensus for new work.
