Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Product Ops, TPM, or PM with discovery/analytics in B2B environment.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Systems thinking and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Design the operating rhythm: roadmap cadence, reviews, feedback loops.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, GTM, and PMM.
• Run programs to completion and manage cross-functional work.
• Close the voice-of-customer loop using support, sales, and usage signals.
• Own documentation and narrative around how the product org works.
