Job summary

Google Mountain View seeks a Product Operations Manager for AI Solutions and Enablement within Consumer Apps Marketing. You will design and scale AI-powered workflows, define structures for prompts, skills, and grounded contexts, and drive adoption of internal tools from pilot to production.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to shape product marketing strategy, prioritizing features, positioning, and external communications while ensuring security and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in product operations and related fields with several years of experience.
• Strong ability to design AI-enabled workflows and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing teams to diagnose workflow bottlenecks and prioritize where AI tools and agents can deliver the most impact.
• Build and deploy lightweight production web apps, live dashboards, Workspace automations, and multi-agent workflows using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Author PRDs/BRDs and guide engineering teams to deliver complex, multi-quarter solutions.
• Lead internal AI solutions from early piloting to wide-scale deployment across Marketing.
• Manage tool roadmaps, adoption metrics, and coordinate security, privacy, and legal reviews.
