EarnIn in Mountain View is seeking a Staff Analyst to partner with the CMO and product leadership to drive user growth and engagement. This leader will shape analytics strategy, mentor the team, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into actionable insights.

The role focuses on architecting AI-driven workflows, designing autonomous pipelines that surface insights proactively, and scaling decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data science with hands-on execution.
• Strong SQL, Python, experimentation and statistical modeling skills.
• Experience building AI-driven analytics workflows.
• Background in product and growth analytics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
• Familiarity with causal inference, uplift modeling, and experimentation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing to drive growth strategy.
• Build AI-driven analytics agents that automate workflows at scale.
• Develop experimentation, causal measurement, and analytics frameworks.
• Design measurement approaches across paid, owned, and product surfaces.
• Understand complex product/marketing systems to identify growth levers.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
