Job summary

EarnIn is seeking a Senior Operations and Strategy Manager to shape business strategy across product, operations, and GTM. You’ll partner with leaders to define visions, incubate experiments, and scale opportunities with cross-functional teams.

You’ll lead AI-enabled pilots, craft scalable playbooks, and drive adoption while ensuring durable, safe production workflows. This role is hybrid in Mountain View, with in-office days required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in Strategy and Operations, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, and/or Partnerships.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or agentic workflows to automate or improve business operations, such as GTM, sales, or customer success work
• A curious, sharp, first-principles thinker who is both a strategist and a builder, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by solving hard problems
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and hitting goals, including influencing and building alignment up to the executive level
• Comfort speaking directly with customers and partners, working with product and engineering, and managing revenue and costs
• Experience taking a pilot or experiment to a repeatable process other teams actually use
• Very strong verbal and written communication, and equal comfort interfacing internally and externally
• Enthusiasm for test and learn, no fear of failure, and demonstrated success in the face of roadblocks and limited resources
• A high degree of ownership, with curiosity across finance, marketing, and operations rather than staying in one lane

Responsibilities

• Define vision with GMs and scale opportunities across teams.
• Develop roadmap and proof points for B2B initiatives.
• Experiment to drive go-to-market and adoption, building scalable playbooks.
• Identify manual processes and partner with engineering on agentic workflows.
• Translate AI pilots into production with templates and reference implementations.
• Make pilots sustainable for future teams.
• Collaborate with BD, sales, and account management on pitches and content.
• Create innovative solutions for growth and ops excellence.
• Establish metrics and present results to leadership.
• Provide updates to executives and build consensus.
