EarnIn is seeking a Senior Product Builder to lead AI-native product initiatives and define strategy. You will partner with engineers, designers, and domain leads to shape products from idea to launch, blending data analytics with user research to identify opportunities and run rapid experiments.

The role sits in Mountain View HQ with a hybrid in-office requirement; compensation includes a base salary, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in product management or engineering.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with AI native product development lifecycles (PDLC).
• Proficiency across the tech stack and strong analytical skills.
• Empathy for user needs and exceptional stakeholder communication.
• Comfort with rapid experimentation and cross-team alignment.
• Creative problem solving for complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own technical product strategy and define what we build with engineers.
• Rethink the product development lifecycle to reduce friction.
• Define quality benchmarks for AI-powered products and governance.
• Graduate pilots to production with reusable templates.
• Lead new product initiatives from idea to launch with legal/compliance.
• Coordinate with a cross-functional team to set ambitious OKRs.
• Communicate vision and roadmap to stakeholders and executives.
