Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management or engineering experience in fintech or AI domains.
• Hands-on AI-native product development lifecycle experience.
• Strong ability to analyze data and drive product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own technical product strategy and align with engineers on architecture and AI capabilities.
• Rethink end-to-end product lifecycle to remove friction and speed delivery.
• Define quality gates and measurable success for AI-powered products.
• Graduate pilots to production with reusable libraries and templates.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch with clear OKRs.
