Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on analytics and data science experience.
• Strong SQL, Python, experimentation, and statistical modeling skills.
• Experience building AI-driven analytics workflows.
• Proven product and growth analytics across activation, engagement, retention, monetization.
• Experience with causal inference and uplift modeling.
• Ability to influence execs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Eng, Marketing to drive growth strategy.
• Build AI-driven analytics agents and scale these systems.
• Develop experimentation, causal measurement, and product analytics frameworks.
• Design measurement and modeling across paid, owned and product surfaces.
• Identify opportunities and levers for growth in product & marketing.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
