Job summary

Amazon's eero team seeks a Sr. Technical Enablement Lead to own the technical enablement strategy for ISP and MSP partners. You will craft playbooks, design onboarding experiences, and build scalable hypercare programs to boost activation and satisfaction.

You will apply AI-driven insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect latest product capabilities and market strategies. You will lead content across virtual, in-person, and self-directed formats, drive measurable outcomes,

Qualifications

5+ years in Technical Enablement, Partner Enablement, Learning & Development, or related field.
Experience building enablement programs for B2B partners, ISPs, or MSPs.
Experience leveraging AI/automation to scale program delivery.

Responsibilities

Define, develop, and maintain technical enablement playbooks for ISP and MSP partners.
Design and deliver onboarding programs that drive measurable business impact.
Build hypercare programs to reduce churn and accelerate partner self-sufficiency.
Leverage AI tools to drive scalable program strategy and content personalization.
Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to align enablement with product capabilities and GTM strategies.
Develop metrics and reporting to track program effectiveness and partner proficiency.
