We're looking for a Sr. Technical Enablement Lead to join our team, who will own the technical enablement strategy for eero's ISP and MSP partner ecosystem. As a Sr. Technical Enablement Lead for eero, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners throughout the business to define, build, and scale enablement programs that accelerate partner time-to-value. You'll develop and maintain technical playbooks, design onboarding experiences that drive measurable impact, and build hyper-care programs that ensure sustained partner success. You'll leverage AI to create scalable, data-driven program strategies and partner deeply with marketing, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment across the partner lifecycle.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
