Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Technical Enablement Lead to own the technical enablement strategy for eero's ISP and MSP partner ecosystem. The role focuses on developing scalable programs that drive partner activation, time-to-first-deployment, and subscriber satisfaction.

The position requires leading cross-functional teams, designing content for multiple modalities, and leveraging AI tools to optimize learning paths and partner health insights. Domestic and international travel (<15%) is expected.

Qualifications

Experience across cross-functional teams and communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience designing programs that drive measurable outcomes (activation, retention, revenue).
Experience building enablement programs for B2B partners, ISPs, MSPs.
Experience leveraging AI/automation to scale program delivery.

Responsibilities

Define, develop, and maintain technical enablement playbooks for ISP and MSP partners.
Design and deliver onboarding programs that drive measurable business impact.
Build hypercare programs to support partners during milestones and reduce churn.
Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and customer experience teams to reflect latest capabilities.
