Candidates should bring 8+ years in partner enablement or related fields, deep AWS/cloud experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner enablement, strategic partnerships, customer success or L&D.
• Direct experience supporting AWS partnerships or the broader cloud ecosystem.
• Experience working with AWS sellers, solutions architects, partner development managers, or alliance teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS-focused partnership initiatives and enablement programs.
• Collaborate with AWS alliance leaders, field sales, solutions architects, and partner success teams.
• Deliver workshops, executive briefings, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical learning experiences for partnerships.
