Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own performance across the patient lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term retention. You will design, run, and analyze experiments and AI-driven initiatives to improve intake, activation, and engagement, collaborating with Ops, Product, Data, Marketing, and Creative.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing with measurable outcomes.
• Strong SQL proficiency and comfort with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience designing and iterating structured experiments and understanding incrementality.
• Familiarity with cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and segment variation.
• Curiosity about AI/ML in lifecycle marketing with rigorous evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Analyze funnel performance and diagnose gaps to drive improvements.
• Partner with Data, Engineering, Operations to integrate ML signals into triggers.
• Collaborate with Creative and Product to inform content strategy.
• Own lifecycle reporting and dashboards with real-time health view.
