Job summary
Talkiatry is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead the strategic evolution of the communications platform and data infrastructure. You will own the marketing operations ecosystem end-to-end, from automation workflows and data architecture to advanced experimentation and reporting, while managing people, process, and technology.
You will partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Technology, Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering to power precise, personalized
Qualifications
- Experience owning a marketing automation platform end-to-end.
- Experience in building intelligent, scalable marketing systems.
- Strong SQL skills and data warehouse experience (Snowflake or similar).
- Familiarity with AI-powered experimentation and personalized campaigns.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data handling.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing operations end-to-end, from automation workflows to reporting.
- Build and lead the Dev & Deployment team; manage resources and contractors.
- Design and run experimentation frameworks (A/B and multivariate).
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Tech, Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering.
- Ensure deliverability, timelines, QA, and stakeholder communication across channels.
