Qualifications

• 4+ years building digital creative for a consumer brand, growth agency, or high-volume freelance work.
• Strong range across copywriting, design, and motion with a portfolio showing craft.
• Demonstrated paid-media creative work across multiple channels.
• Lifecycle/CRM experience including email design and push/in-app messaging.
• Fluency with generative AI tools and brand-safe output.

Responsibilities

• Build paid media creative end-to-end for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Own lifecycle and CRM creative: emails, push and in-app copy, modular assets.
• Operate as the dedicated engine for testing cycles, generating variants quickly.
• Leverage AI to produce on-brand assets while maintaining design judgment.
• Turn raw footage into channel-ready assets and ensure brand compliance.
