Weedmaps is seeking a Senior Growth Creative Specialist to blend copy, design, and motion into high‑performing assets for paid media and lifecycle campaigns. This AI‑native creator works embedded in Growth, shaping campaigns from briefs to tests with brand‑safe, compliant output.

You will own end‑to‑end creative, from concept to versioned assets for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more, while collaborating with channel owners to accelerate testing and learnings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building digital creative for a consumer brand, growth agency, or high‑volume freelance work.
• Genuine range across three crafts: copywriting, design, and motion with portfolio proof.
• Experience with paid media assets and lifecycle/CRM creative is a plus.
• Hands‑on fluency with generative AI tools and producing brand‑safe output.

Responsibilities

• Create paid media creative end‑to‑end across platforms (static, motion, video, UGC).
• Design email templates and lifecycle campaign assets; write push and in‑app copy.
• Generate variants and iterate on winners in fast test cycles.
• Apply generative AI to production to accelerate velocity while maintaining brand standards.
• Edit raw footage into channel‑ready assets and craft landing page visuals.
• Write headlines, copy, CTAs, and landing page text; keep messaging on brand.
• Maintain brand standards and compliance for a restricted category (cannabis).
