Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or content marketing across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social budgets.
• Proven ownership of organic search performance, incl. AI-driven changes.
• Fluency with modern marketing stack (CRM, email automation, social CMS, analytics).
• Ability to build attribution reporting and explain results to non-marketers.
• Strong storytelling ability across brand and sales materials.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy across search and paid social.
• Drive organic visibility and AI-friendly content calendar.
• Own full social content pipeline end to end.
• Build email and lifecycle marketing automation engine.
• Orchestrate cross-channel campaigns through buyer journey.
• Build full-funnel reporting from first touch to closed opportunity.
• Maintain an experimentation roadmap with spend optimization.
• Design AI-driven workflows to enhance marketing output.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Design, and Sales on alignment.
