Job summary

Weedmaps in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Growth Creative Specialist (Hybrid) to craft high-performing assets across paid media, lifecycle assets, and landing pages. You will own copy, design, and motion—driving rapid testing and iteration with AI-enabled workflows to maintain brand integrity in a regulated cannabis space.

We value strong craft in two of three areas (copy, design, motion), plus hands-on experience with paid social formats, UGC, and compliant creative.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building digital creative for a consumer brand, growth/performance agency, or high-volume freelance work.
• Strong craft across static, motion, and video formats.
• Experience with paid media and lifecycle/CRM creative.
• Experience in cannabis, marketplaces, or local commerce.
• Embedded, fast-paced, testing-driven collaboration within a performance team.

Responsibilities

• Build paid media creative that performs across Meta, Google Display, YouTube, TikTok, X, and more.
• Design email templates and campaign assets; write push and in-app copy.
• Create variant sets for testing and iterate on winners.
• Leverage generative AI while preserving brand consistency and compliance.
• Turn raw footage into channel-ready assets and assets for landing pages.
