Job summary

Weedmaps is seeking a Senior Growth Creative Specialist to join our Austin-based team in a hybrid role. You will be the creative engine for growth, turning briefs and raw footage into high‑performing, on‑brand assets across paid social, email, and landing pages.

You’ll own the three crafts—copy, design, and motion—leveraging generative AI to accelerate production while maintaining brand integrity and regulatory compliance for a cannabis category. Collaboration with channel owners is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building digital creative for a consumer brand, growth agency, or high‑volume freelancer.
• Strong range across copywriting, design, and motion with a portfolio.
• Experience producing creative for Meta and other paid social platforms.
• Lifecycle/CRM experience including email design and push messaging.
• Fluency with generative AI tools and brand‑safe output.
• Experience in cannabis, marketplaces, or local commerce.
• Knowledge of ad platform policy constraints in regulated categories.
• Ability to build prompts, templates, or AI‑assisted production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build paid media creative end‑to‑end: static, motion, video, GIFs, UGC.
• Design and animate email templates and lifecycle assets.
• Test and iterate creative with rapid variant generation and performance readouts.
• Leverage AI to accelerate production while maintaining brand and compliance.
• Turn raw footage into channel‑ready assets and landing page visuals.
• Write concise headlines, copy, CTAs, and landing page text in our voice.
• Collaborate with channel owners and media operations to ship assets.
• Maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance across outputs.
• Develop scalable production workflows and asset libraries.
