Weedmaps in Irvine, CA is seeking an Associate Director of Revenue Operations for onsite work. The role leads revenue strategy, roadmap, and operating capabilities, partnering with leadership to deliver short- and long-term initiatives in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

You will own Salesforce, sales tools, AI platforms, and workflow automation, manage a team of strategists, and drive reporting, forecasting, and KPIs to enable data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years in revenue strategy or related ops.
• 4+ years leading teams with multiple workflows.
• Experience building revenue operations with strategic/financial focus.
• MBA preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience a plus.
• CRM and BI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive revenue initiatives to hit short- and long-term goals.
• Own Salesforce, sales tools, AI platforms, and workflow automation to improve data quality and scale operations.
• Lead revenue support teams, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Deliver reporting, forecasting, KPIs, and actionable insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to develop programs that drive growth.
• Mentor and manage a team of strategists/analysts.
