Job summary

Weedmaps is seeking a Senior Growth Creative Specialist in Austin (Hybrid) to own end-to-end creative for paid media and lifecycle campaigns. You will craft distinctive, on-brand assets across static and motion formats, using AI as an accelerant while maintaining brand and regulatory compliance in cannabis advertising.

You'll work embedded with growth channel owners, shaping campaigns in real time, iterating on winners, and building scalable production workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building digital creative for a consumer brand, growth/performance agency, or high-volume freelance work.
• Strong cross-discipline capability across copy, design, and motion, with portfolio evidence.
• Demonstrated paid media work showing ads and performance.
• Lifecycle/CRM experience including email design and build, push and in-app messaging.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and brand-safe output.

Responsibilities

• Build paid media creative end-to-end: static, motion, video, GIFs, UGC for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X, app installs.
• Own lifecycle/CRM creative: email templates, campaign sends, push and in-app copy.
• Lead rapid variant generation and testing across hooks, formats, and messaging.
• Leverage generative AI across production pipelines with strong design judgment.
• Edit raw footage into channel-ready assets with captions and motion.
