Job summary

Weedmaps is hiring a Senior Growth Creative Specialist who sits inside the Growth org, blending copy, design, and motion. This hybrid role requires hands-on production of assets across paid social, display, email, and landing pages, with strict brand alignment and cannabis ad compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building digital creative for a consumer brand, a growth/performance agency, or high-volume freelancer.
• Strong craft across static, motion/animated, and video formats.
• Fluency with generative AI tools and ability to produce brand-safe output.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end paid media creative for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and more.
• Design email templates and lifecycle assets, write push and in-app copy.
• Generate variants for testing and iterate on winners to speed up campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance in cannabis advertising.
• Build repeatable production workflows and asset libraries.
