Job summary

Absorb Software is seeking a senior, hands-on marketer to build a new AI-enabled demand channel from the ground up. You’ll own strategy and commercial results while collaborating with the Marketing AI & Analytics team to define data, scoring, and automation.

You will run experiments, craft messaging, and develop outreach across channels, with a focus on engaging senior HR, L&D, and operations buyers. This role is fully remote-first with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience building a B2B demand or growth channel from nothing with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with GTM tooling: contact and intent data, enrichment, automation and AI-enabled outbound platforms.
• Strong B2B messaging instincts with outreach to senior HR, L&D or operations buyers.
• Track record of using experimentation and data to improve performance and demonstrate commercial impact.
• Some technical fluency (light SQL, APIs, no-code automation) and ability to work with data/AI teams.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability, privacy and compliance for outbound marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build the channel from the ground up: audiences, signals, messaging, offers, sequencing and tooling.
• Partner with AI and analytics team to define data, scoring and automation needs.
• Evaluate external platforms and decide what to buy, build or combine.
• Develop and test outreach: messaging, offers, channels and cadence.
• Run fast experimentation loops, scaling successful approaches.
• Determine where AI should automate, augment or stay out of the process.
• Measure incremental pipeline and commercial impact with analytics.
• Maintain deliverability, brand, privacy and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with Sales for handoff of engaged prospects.
