Absorb Software is a remote-first company that provides online training solutions via a cloud-based LMS. We seek a Senior Agentic Demand Generation Manager to build an AI-enabled demand channel from the ground up, owning strategy and commercial results with the Marketing AI & Analytics team.

You will design audiences, messaging, tests, and outreach, partnering with data and AI teams to iterate and scale a repeatable pipeline. This is a hands-on senior IC position with budget and latitude.

Formación

• Experience building a B2B demand or growth channel from nothing with measurable results.
• Hands-on with GTM tooling: contact data, intent data, enrichment, automation, and AI outbound platforms.
• Strong B2B messaging instincts with engagement of HR, L&D, or operations buyers.
• Experience using experimentation, segmentation, and data to improve performance.
• Technical fluency: light SQL, APIs, no-code automation; collaborate with data/AI teams.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, privacy, and outbound compliance.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward shipping and learning over extended planning.

Responsabilidades

• Build the channel from the ground up: audiences, signals, messaging, offers, sequencing.
• Define data, scoring, and automation capabilities with the AI/analytics team.
• Evaluate external platforms and determine buy/build options.
• Develop and test outreach: messaging, offers, channels, cadence.
• Run fast experiments, scale what works, retire what doesn't.
• Determine where AI should automate, augment, or remain manual.
• Measure incremental pipeline and commercial impact with analytics.
• Maintain deliverability, brand, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with Sales for handoff of engaged prospects.
