Absorb is a remote-first company delivering AI-enabled training solutions globally. We are building a new B2B demand-gen channel from the ground up, identifying audiences, signals, and offers, and standing up initial programs with the Marketing AI & Analytics team.

This senior IC role owns strategy and commercial results, collaborating with marketing, data, and sales to test, learn and scale high-impact campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience building a B2B demand or growth channel from zero with measurable results.
• Hands-on with GTM tooling: data, enrichment, automation and AI outbound platforms.
• Strong messaging for senior HR/L&D or operations buyers.
• Proven use of experimentation, segmentation and data to drive performance.
• Tech fluency: light SQL, APIs, no-code automation; collaborate with data/AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Build the channel from the ground up: audiences, signals, messaging, offers, sequencing.
• Partner with AI & analytics to define data, scoring and automation needs.
• Evaluate platforms and decide buy/build or combination.
• Develop and test outreach: messaging, offers, channels, cadence.
• Run fast experiments, scale what works and retire what doesn’t.
• Define where AI should automate, augment or stay out of the process.
• Measure incremental pipeline and commercial impact with analytics help.
• Maintain deliverability, brand, privacy and compliance for the program.
• Coordinate with Sales for handoff of engaged prospects.
