Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Senior Director, Demand Generation to own the end-to-end revenue engine and multi‑million‑dollar budget. You will lead AI-first demand generation efforts, coordinate across channels, and drive pipeline from signal to close while reporting to the AVP, Revenue Growth.

You will guide a senior marketing team, shape strategy for paid media, organic search, and ABM programs, and ensure marketing-sourced revenue meets or exceeds plan. This is a fully remote US position.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior demand generation leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to own multi‑million‑dollar budgets and revenue targets.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing initiatives and GEO/AEO.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and pipeline targets and manage the demand generation budget.
• Lead AI-first demand generation strategy across GEO and AEO.
• Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation programs and campaigns.
• Coordinate across Marketing Ops, SDR, and Sales to optimize the funnel.
