Job summary

Shift Markets, a leading crypto infrastructure company, is seeking a senior hands-on marketing professional to own B2B demand gen end-to-end. You will manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, build AI-driven workflows, and collaborate with the marketing lead to shape content, campaigns, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing.
• Recent ownership of paid campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Experience building landing pages and running conversion tests.
• CRM experience with nurture and lead routing.
• Experience building and using AI workflows in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B paid acquisition across LinkedIn and Google: campaign builds, targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking and budget allocation.
• Audit ad accounts and website early on, cut wasted spend and fix underperforming.
• Build and optimise landing pages and run CRO tests across the funnel: ad, landing page, form, CRM, email nurture, Sales handoff.
• Report on what matters: qualified leads, pipeline and revenue, not just clicks or cost per lead.
• Design, build and maintain AI workflows for research, competitor and news monitoring, content drafting and reporting, with human review before anything goes live.
• Lead Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) so Shift shows up when buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI engines about crypto infrastructure.
• Oversee AI-assisted content and social output with support from junior team members.
• Contribute to brand, PR, events, partnerships, podcasts and industry publications, and help shape quarterly marketing plans, including campaigns for new verticals such as online gaming operators and prediction markets.
