Job summary

Absorb Software is a remote‑first company providing online training solutions worldwide. The team is building a new AI-enabled demand generation channel to reach buyers not touched by existing programs.

This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role with budget and latitude to build the channel from the ground up, owning strategy and commercial results. You will work closely with our Marketing AI & Analytics team to define data, scoring and automation, running experiments and scaling what

Qualifications

• Experience building a B2B demand or growth channel from nothing with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling: contact and intent data, enrichment, automation and AI-enabled outbound platforms.
• Strong B2B messaging instincts and a track record of engaging senior HR, L&D or operations buyers.
• Experience using experimentation, segmentation and data to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Build the channel from the ground up: audiences, signals, messaging, offers, sequencing and tooling.
• Partner with AI and analytics team to define data, scoring and automation capabilities.
• Evaluate external platforms and determine buy/build options.
• Develop and test outreach: messaging, offers, channels and cadence.
