Paylocity is seeking a Senior Director, Demand Generation to lead AI-first demand generation across the full funnel. You will own the end-to-end pipeline, manage a multi-million-dollar budget, and guide a team of senior marketing leaders to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, AI-enabled B2B SaaS environment.

This remote role reports to the AVP, Revenue Growth and collaborates with Sales, SDR, and Solutions Consulting to optimize performance and deliver durable, scalable results in the US

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in demand generation within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar demand gen budgets with ROI.
• Experience leading AI-driven demand generation including GEO/AEO strategies.
• Strong history building and developing senior marketing teams.

Responsabilités

• Own revenue and pipeline targets with accountability for marketing-sourced revenue.
• Define and manage multi-million-dollar demand generation budget and ROI.
• Lead AI-first demand generation strategies across GEO and AEO.
• Partner with Sales and SDR to align pipeline and revenue targets.
• Provide executive reporting on budget, channel performance, and forecast accuracy.
