Qualifications

• Drive customer onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategies with executives.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to translate platform capabilities into ROI for C-level stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic advisory.
