Taktile is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive AI adoption in Financial Services. You will engage prospects in their first interactions and identify new market opportunities that fuel our growth across mid-market and enterprise segments.

You’ll own pipeline activities, lead outbound initiatives, and collaborate with marketing, growth, and sales teams to qualify leads using frameworks like PACTT. A bias for action and strong stakeholder management are essential.

• Drive AI adoption in Financial Services by engaging first interactions with prospects.
• Own pipeline-generating activities in your territory and outreach to strategic prospects (Mid-Market and Enterprise).
• Support development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives.
• Lead attendance at major conferences and host dinners to meet industry leaders worldwide.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and sales to bring in leads using qualification frameworks such as PACTT.
• Leverage AI toolstack to automate busywork and focus on strategic conversations.
• Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads.
