Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex, customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software engagements.
• Experience delivering data, machine learning, or generative AI systems into production.
• Willingness to be onsite with customers (often 25-50%).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to map the customer's organization and define the pilot value.
• Author the PRD, prioritize the engineering backlog, and manage scope.
• Lead technical discovery and design reviews with the FDE team.
• Own the Day 0 launch and drive adoption to prove business value.
• Scope ongoing maintenance and create customer documentation and training.
