Job summary

Databricks seeks a Sr. Deployment Strategist to bridge customer problems and our technical solutions from discovery through production launch. You own the product direction, write the PRD, and partner with engineering to turn concepts into production-ready outcomes.

You will lead executive-level discovery, shape solution architecture with FDEs, and drive agile delivery, ensuring Day 0 readiness and measurable business value for healthcare & life sciences engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex, customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software engagements.
• Experience delivering data, machine learning, or generative AI systems into production.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and guide engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product ownership from discovery to production launch.
• Define the Minimum Viable Product for a pilot and write the PRD.
• Lead technical discovery and design reviews with engineering teams.
• Manage data flows, integrations, and platform constraints across the engagement.
• Drive Day 0 launch, adoption, and ongoing value realization.
