Job summary

Fin is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Consultant to lead our largest customer deployments, blending project management with hands-on platform configuration. You’ll work with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver value quickly at scale across AI-powered support deployments in the Chicago area.

You’ll drive discovery, define scope, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful integrations, data migrations, and security reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles.
• Track record delivering large, complex projects on time and on budget.
• Hands-on configuration of platforms; fluent in APIs, data flows and integrations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tooling in delivery workflows is a plus; familiarity with CX platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, acting as primary contact.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget to align with customer goals and GTM partners.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Configure the Fin platform across automation, workflows, and analytics; oversee migrations and security readiness.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to tackle complex technical hurdles.
• Maintain risk logs, reporting cadence, and documented decisions; surface risks early.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and R&D to shape deployment strategy and feed field learnings back into roadmaps.
• Contribute to deployment services templates, processes and best practices.
• Apply AI tooling to delivery work to accelerate discovery and documentation.
