Job summary

The company in New York City is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for its Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex AI-enabled deployments, coordinating FDEs, Researchers, and Customer Engineers to map workflows, define milestones, and ensure on-time shipments.

This high-trust role requires deep technical project management, extreme ownership, and a strong ability to translate strategy into hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership in financial services.
• Proven track record leading large, complex engagements with AI components.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into technical plans and roadmaps.
• Comfort operating in high ambiguity with fast decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent work streams.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution and keep progress unblocked.
• Embed with customer teams to land deployments and drive adoption.
• Partner with Product and Research to align roadmaps with deployment goals.
• Codify patterns and field signals to improve product and models.
• Own value cases, KPIs, and post-deployment impact measurement.
• Shape engagement strategy with Financial Services customers.
