Job summary

Gradient Labs, NYC-based, is seeking a Lead Deployment Strategist to drive enterprise deployments of our AI operations platform. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, guide customers through discovery and tailoring of AI capabilities, and collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and roadmap.

You’ll lead complex projects, manage risks, and ensure measurable outcomes like deflection, CSAT, and efficiency for financial services clients. Hybrid work with the NYC office offered.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery and integration of our AI platform into customer environments.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery to define objectives and operational requirements.
• Guide customers in tailoring and optimizing AI agent capabilities.
• Proactively analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement and value.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for pre-sales, POC support, and transition to implementation.
• Collaborate with AI, Engineering, and Sales to shape the product roadmap.
• Establish scalable onboarding and implementation processes for long-term success.
• Manage project risks and governance, ensuring compliance and responsible AI standards.
