Job summary

Experis seeks a Deployment Engineer to embed with internal teams and customers, designing and deploying AI-driven solutions that fit real enterprise workflows.

You will own production deployments of agentic AI systems, build RAG pipelines and multi-agent orchestration, and integrate data pipelines, APIs, and third-party systems. Hybrid work options with travel up to 25% are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software with end-to-end ownership of complex projects.
• Proficiency in Python; strong in at least one other language (JS/TS, Java, or Go).
• Experience deploying AI/GenAI systems with prompt engineering and RAG.
• Data pipelines and data warehouses such as Snowflake/Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design and deploy AI-enabled solutions.
• Own production deployments of agentic AI systems and monitor reliability.
• Design RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration layers, and multi-agent workflows.
• Integrate data pipelines, APIs, and third-party systems.
