Job summary

Talkdesk seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to translate Talkdesk's Agentic AI platform into production-grade enterprise solutions. You will lead technical deployments, design robust architectures, and drive customer outcomes with hands-on engineering across APIs, data integration, and security.

The role requires 5–7 years in software engineering with AI deployments, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–7 years in software/solution engineering, with 1+ year deploying AI/Agentic solutions.
• Experience leading complex deployments in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in APIs, webhooks, and data integration for scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for complex deployments and design AI agent solution architectures.
• Write production-grade code and use Talkdesk APIs/SDKs to deliver end-to-end deployments.
• Serve as trusted technical expert and align with customer engineering leaders.
• Synthesize deployment learnings to influence product and tooling roadmaps.
• Mentor junior engineers on AI architecture and production delivery best practices.
