Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
- Hands-on IaC tooling experience with Terraform or similar.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of Conversational AI and CX applications.
- Transform prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows.
- Design secure, scalable AI systems on cloud platforms.
- Architect flows connecting AI products with enterprise infra.
- Develop eval pipelines and observability frameworks.
- Lead technical delivery for pilots and early CUJs.
