Level AI seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer - Agents to lead end-to-end AI agent deployments for customers. You will translate business requirements into production-ready CX automation solutions that improve containment, resolution speed, and customer satisfaction, while collaborating with multiple internal teams.

The role requires strong coding skills, API work, and experience building integrations across CRM and data platforms.

Formación

5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
Strong technical foundation with API experience and integrations.
Experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions.
Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end execution of AI agent deployments from discovery to launch and optimization.
Configure agent workflows, decision logic, and automation to improve outcomes.
Implement guardrails and validation for safe, compliant agent performance.
Build and validate integrations with CRM, ticketing, telephony, and data platforms.
Collaborate with customer tech stakeholders to define success criteria and timelines.
Translate customer needs into clear implementation plans and docs.
Run feedback loops with Engineering and Product to improve capabilities.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams on repeatable deployments.
