Talkdesk is seeking an experienced software engineer to drive the deployment of our Agentic AI platform in enterprise settings. You will own technical execution and ensure scalable deployments across customer environments.

In this role you will lead as a technical authority, shaping AI agent solutions, guiding implementation teams, and translating customer needs into robust architectures that power Talkdesk's AI-first approach.

• 5-7+ years in software engineering.
• 1+ years in AI/ML.
